Women’s Community Choir

Do you love to sing?? Join the Women’s Community Choir! Come to the first rehearsal: Tuesday, February 4th at 8pm at Chabad of St. Louis (8124 Delmar Road). We are looking forward to seeing you there and getting this exciting group going! Rehearsals will generally take place at 8pm on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month. No need to audition- just show up!

Torah Trivia from the Parsha this week:

Last week’s question: Why are we called B’nai Yisrael and not B’nai Yitzhah or B’nai Avraham?

Answer is: Because it was only Yaakov (Yisrael) that merited to have all his kids follow in the ways of Hashem and the Torah. According to the midrash they said “Shema Yisrael……”
