Fast of the Tenth of Teves – עשרה בטבת is observed on Tuesday, January 7 2020
Fast Begins: 6:07 A.M.

- The translation of the Torah into Greek, ordered by Egyptian King Ptolemy, during the Second Temple period.
- The death of Ezra the Scribe, great Jewish leader who returned the Jewish people to Israel following the Babylonian exile.
