Rabbi Ze’ev Smason of Nusach Hari-B’nai Zion Congregation will lead a discussion following the screening of “Defying the Nazis: The Sharps’ War” a 2016 documentary directed by Ken Burns and Artemis Joukowsky. ~ This Week’s Torah Trivia ~

Last Week’s Question: Was Bilaam a real prophet (Navi)?

Answer: Yes. He is even compared to Moshe. Bilaam would only prophesy and bless/curse what Hashem approved. Nevertheless, he schemed in other ways to bring disaster upon B’nai Yisrael.

This Week’s Question: Pinchas committed a zealous act by killing Zimri and Cosbi. How is he punished?
