The next book selection is One Hundred Saturdays: Stella Levi and the Search for a Lost World, by Michael Frank. One of Wall Street Journal’s Ten Best Books of the Year, this remarkable story of 99-old Stella Levi whose conversations with the author over the course of six years bring to life her resilience, wisdom, and ability to survive.
The discussion of the book will be Monday, September 11, 7:15-8:45pm at the home of Sallie Volotzky.
The final book selection for 2023 will be The Company I Keep: My Life in Beauty, by Leonard Lauder and the discussion will be on Monday, November 13 at the home of Myra Radinsky.
